after a 7 month hiatus from the blogging world, stargirl is back! i have thought about logging back into my blog numerous times throughout these past 7 months, and just haven't felt the energy or concentration. it's not only blogging i've slacked off on, i've also been lousy at keeping in touch with inquiring minds into my oh-so-interesting life. so, i figured i'd give this thing another go. i also have these two gals breathing down my neck about updating my blog again: elizabeth and rosemary. (there, now you can stalk their blogs too...which are more interesting than mine!)
since my last post in FEBRUARY (eek!), a lot has happened; i got a new job and moved to chicago, became an aunt for the third time to another sweet little boy, visited friends and family and celebrated the first anniversary of mom's passing. i will touch on all these in depth in future posts (and by future, i don't mean 5 months from now...i promise!).
